Zva Creative February DT Blog Hop!

Zva Creative and the Design Team welcomes you to join us this month for a blog hop that we feel is always extra special!

There is now an added twist to our blog hops, YAY! As you know, Zva offers so many beautiful color groupings for pearls, flowers and crystals. We want to make sure that they shine bright for you, so each designer was asked to share a creation using a specific color or color combination on their blog hop project.

The Blog Hop begins at Kim Hughes' blog. She will have the complete list of all blogs that are participating in case there is a glitch along the way. If you would like to play along, just follow along the blog path. I am linking to one of the Zva designers and that designer is linking to the next and so on. Be prepared to be inspired along the way. Hidden on FIVE of the blogs is a Zva Creative prize package ...YAY! Winners will be randomly chosen after the hop is over, so it's important to leave a comment on as many blogs as you can along the way.

The Blog Hop starts today, February 28th and runs through midnight US Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, March 1st and the 5 winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 2nd on each of the five winning blogs. The full list will be found on Kim Hughes‘s blog as well (linked above). We will do our best to notify each winner, but it's best if you can pop in to all of the blogs once again on, you never know what kind of inspirational creation that you may find there. All you need to do is leave a comment on this Zva Blog Hop do not need to leave a comment on each and every designer's blog post to qualify. The more times you leave a comment along the blog hop path though, the more chances you will have to be one of the lucky winners.

This month I was assigned the color purple. Well, purple is a very pretty color, but it is not my go to color. So, this one was a little bit of a challenge for me. Zva made a little more easy on me because their products are just fabulous. Here is what I came up with!

Scrapbook Daisies February Kit Reveal!

So, Martha is now offering a mini kit as well. I was assigned the "True Blue" mini kit with My Minds Eye products in it! I loved this kit because it really catered to boys, even though you can use it for just about anything. I really got to focus on my son, Braden. Sometimes boys are hard to scrap. It is so easy, at least for me, to bling up a page and make it girly style. That is why I loved this kit! So, here is what I did!

Come join us in the forums for challenges and fun! We have crop starting tomorrow and running until the 14th! Click here to get yourself set up!

Welcome to the Samantha Walker CCT Blog Hop! is that time of the month when we get to be inspired by some amazing crafters, plus...we have a new CCT member, Jimmi Mayo! Welcome sweetie...we are glad you are here to inspire us! You should have just arrived from Julie Bonner's Blog. Here is my project! This was something completely different for me. I really don't sew a lot of clothes, but Samantha's new fabric she designed for Riley Blake Designs, is simply fabulous! My daughter is pretty excited because she is reaping the benefits of me being on Samantha's team. I made this skirt from an older skirt. I just cut it off and added the ruffles using Samantha's fabric!

This turned out fabulous and I want to give my hubby Sam a big thanks for helping me get it together quickly for the blog hop.

So, I just thought I would share some love and wish you all a Happy Valentines Day with this card I made using the Ooh La La Collection and Samantha's Silhouette files!

Hope you all aren't geting tired of my CHA pics...but there is more!

Thanks to this lovely lady, Martha Galvez and her family, I was able to come to CHA. Not only did Martha let me stay at her house, but she gave me a badge and drove me around. Thanks Martha for all you have done for me. Martha is the owner of Scrapbook Daisies kit club and also Scrapbook Daisies the brick and mortar store! She even lets me design for her kit club! If you haven't had the chance to get to know! Wonderful women! Check out Scrapbook Daisies here.

Now, to all of the other wonderful Daisies I get to associate with!

Martha, Tony (Martha's husband) and me! Can I just say that Martha is one lucky women to have Tony as her husband. This man helps take care of Scrapbook Daisies while Martha works. If you stop by the store chances are you will meet Tony. Not only is he learning how to run a scrapbook store but this man is also learning how to make cards, learning all of the techniques of using mists and inks and more! Who doesn't love a man who can scrap?

Nicole and Me! This girl welcomed me with open was like we had known each other forever. We were meant to be friends! I just love her!

Ly the Lytle Scrapper! Ly picked me up and dropped me off at the airport! What a sweetie she is and an amazing scrapper. This girl has a lot going on for her. I am just sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for her break is bound to happen any day! Thanks Ly for making me feel welcome and helping our friendship to become even closer!

Jen and Karen! Jen was the first Scrapbook Daisie I met! She has ties to my home, Utah. We both have season tickets to the BYU football games, so we get to see each other more than I get to see the other girls! Jen has been so sweet to me from day one. The first Daisie I got to meet and become close to! Thanks Jen for welcoming me into the Daisie fold! Now, Karen...what a hoot this girl is! I didn't know her at all when I got to CHA, but what a treat! She was always making me laugh and when it came time to dance at the Winter Event at CHA...this girl was out there shaking her thang with me! Glad I got to meet you Karen!

Joe and Mary Ann!
I met Mary Ann on Scrapbook Daisies awhile ago, but I had no idea I was going to see her at CHA! When I finally realized that the girl who everyone stopped to talk to was Mary Ann, I squealed for joy and ran and gave her a hug. Mary Ann designs for the brick and mortar store and she is one talented lady; always so kind and sweet! I met Joe at CHA and it is so fun to see a man so excited about scrapbooking (he really love the Prima booth, but who doesn't). I hope to get to know him more!

Thanks to all of my Daisie friends who welcomed me with open arms! This was so ya all!
