My Core'dinations Creative Frenzy!

Yup...I am going for it and why not? Who in their right mind doesn't love cardstock and especially Core'dination's cardstock? So, be gentle with me and here are my projects.

Beautiful Ladies

In this layout, I used my Silhouette and Core'dination Cardstock to make the oval, border and flower. I also backed my rub ons with Core'dination Cardstock. I did some sanding on the a lot of the edges of my embellishments. All cardstock on this layout is Core'dinations Cardstock.

Dear Friend Gift Box

I cut the gift box and flowers out using my Silhouette and Core'dinations Cardstock. I sanded the edges of the flowers and leaves to show the coordinating color under the first layer. I also added Glossy Accents and Diamond Dust to create the sparkles around the edges of the flowers. Once again, all cardstock is Core'dinations.

Thinking of You Card

The card itself is Core'dinations Cardstock. I made a doily flower and cut another flower out using Core'dinations Cardstock and my Silhouette. The banner is made from Core'dinations Cardstock as well. I did some sanding on this one too to show the coordinating color.

Hope you love my projects as much as I enjoyed created them! Core'dinations Cardstock is a top quality cardstock and was so much fun to use. Thanks!

Janica's Fun Shot!

Janica did awesome on Saturday and I am really proud of her. She did not win this year, but she rocked it out anyway. There was a girl there that could not miss and well, she scored higher than Janica. Janica is really proud of her accomplishments and rightfully so. You have to be a good shooter to get to the level she was at. She was one of the top shooters in Idaho, Wyoming and Utah! We told her that there was no reason why she couldn't do this again next year. She just needs to keep practicing. Here are some pictures from her day!

Zva Creative March DT Blog Hop!

Zva Creative and the Design Team welcomes you to join us this month for a blog hop that we feel is always extra special!

There is now an added twist to our blog hops, YAY! As you know, Zva offers so many beautiful color groupings for pearls, flowers and crystals. We want to make sure that they shine bright for you, so each designer was asked to share a creation using a specific color or color combination on their blog hop project.

The Blog Hop begins at Kim Hughes' blog. She will have the complete list of all blogs that are participating in case there is a glitch along the way. If you would like to play along, just follow along the blog path. I am linking to one of the Zva designers and that designer is linking to the next and so on. Be prepared to be inspired along the way. Hidden on FIVE of the blogs is a Zva Creative prize package ...YAY! Winners will be randomly chosen after the hop is over, so it's important to leave a comment on as many blogs as you can along the way.

The Blog Hop starts today, March 28th and runs through midnight US Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, March 29th and the 5 winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 30th on each of the five winning blogs. The full list will be found on Kim Hughes‘s blog as well (linked above). We will do our best to notify each winner, but it's best if you can pop in to all of the blogs once again on, you never know what kind of inspirational creation that you may find there. All you need to do is leave a comment on this Zva Blog Hop do not need to leave a comment on each and every designer's blog post to qualify. The more times you leave a comment along the blog hop path though, the more chances you will have to be one of the lucky winners.

My assignment this month was red, cream and black. I decided to make a card this time. I love how it turned out!

Ok, so I finally got a picture of the cone I made for SEI. I forgot to take a picture before I gave it to them. So here it is and go check out their blog for some amazing inspiration!

Also, tomorrow I am off to Scrapbook USA at the South Town Expo I will probably catch you all on Monday!

She has made it past the first two rounds and now she is up for top shooter in the 7th and 8th grade girls out of Utah, Idaho and Wyoming! Last year she won for her age group, now we are hoping for a repeat! I will let you all know Monday! Have a great weekend!

Well...I thought I was done. Last few words...I promise! Don't forget to join us for the Zva Creative Blog hop on Monday too! It starts here!

SEI April Kit

So, as some of you know...I live 10 minutes from SEI (that is good and bad, hehe). They asked me to help them out with some projects featuring their April Kit (which is absolutely gorgeous). I created projects this time instead of layouts. Many of you know, I am a layout girl, but this kit made it so easy and stretched my creative was so fun! I have most of the projects posted here except for one (I forgot to take pics of it before I handed it over to SEI). So, as soon as I get picks of the last project, I will post it. Here they are!
