My Scrapbooking Room and a winner!

So, it's done...well kind of. I still have some things to hang up to make it look beautiful. Right now it is just clean and organized, but that is what I wanted. I really pleased with it.

So, who was the first one to give me some ideas that I used? Well, Jennmom2000! I know this girl and love her! Thanks for the tips! She said:

"Have you looked at those idea Expidit shelf units? They aren't too pricey and you can fit lots in them. Get some baskets for the shelves and label! I like to sort by color."

I have some goodies for you, so email me your addy to and I will get them out to you asap!

So, as you can see I used some new shelving, but I didn't use the IKEA Expidit Shelve Units. I used ones by Martha Stewart, which gave me the same idea as the Expidit shelves. I did get quite a lot in them so that the rest of my room doesn't look so cluttered anymore. I did a lot of reorganizing, so my closet looks better and my wood embellishment hanging rack isn't bursting anymore.

So, there it is. As soon as I finish decorating my room, I will post more pictures. I have an idea of what I want to do, just got to get a few more things! Thanks for everyone's help!

I Product 2 Ways with Imaginisce's Roly Rosies!

I love, love, love Imaginisce's Roly Rosies! Today on the Imaginisce Blog we are showing you how to use Roly Rosies in more than one way! Here is what I did with them.

Project #1 Flower Frame
I made this frame using the Roly Rosies-Paper. I wanted to dress up the flowers a bit and possibly use them in a different way. I put the flowers together using the Petal Roller and then added a bit of "glam" to them! How did I do this? Diamond Dust! Love that stuff!! I simply put glue on the edges of the flower petals and then dipped the flower right into the container of Diamond Dust and voila ... glamorous! I did this with all of my Roly Rosies. I then took one of the Roly Rosies wound it around the body of the Petal Roller then stretched it out and cut it in half length-wise (see picture #3 below). I added the flowers on my frame and some Crystal Hot Rocks.

Supplies: Imaginisce (Hot Rocks: crystal, Bon Voyage (papers), Roly Roises, petal roller, i-rock tool); Diamond Dust; Cardstock (Bazzill Basics); Wood Frame

Project #2 Canvas Flower Bag
I had this canvas bag in my closet and thought it could use a little dressing up. These lovely flowers are the Fabric Roly Rosies. I used the Petal Roller to roll them up, glued them together using the i-bond and then glued them to the canvas bag. I added an extra touch to the flowers by sticking some Fashion Flowers in the center glueing them in and adding some Crystal Hot Rocks to the very middle of the flower. I then adhered an i-rock motif around the flowers using the i-rock mini iron. I did cut the motif up so I could place it on certain places around the flowers. Now, this canvas bag has a little flowery fun!

Supplies: Imaginisce (Roly Rosies: fabric, i-rock Motif, Fashion Flowers, Hot Rocks (crystal), i-rock, i-bond, i-rock mini iron); Canvas bag

So, now you need to go check out the rest of the Design Team's projects using Roly Rosies. Just go to the Imaginisce Blog. We would like to see what you do using Roly Rosies. Share with us your projects and upload them to our Facebook Page!

I need to some storage solution help!

Ok...I've got a problem, let me show you.

There it is. It is not often that I share my scrapbooking space with the public because it really isn't beautiful. I have outgrown my little area. I share this room with my husband, he works in here too, so I really only have one side of the room and the closet. It is crowded in here and I know I need to organize and purge.

So, this is where my loyal followers come in. I am looking for storage solutions for fabric, packages of brads, ideas to store already made cards, stamps get the idea. Like any scrapbooker with a scrapbooking space, I would love to have some beautiful custom storage cabinets, but that is not happening right now. I am looking for inexpensive solutions that have a clean organized feel to it.

What's in it for you? Well, since I need to do some purging, I will need a new home for some scrappy supplies. Tell me about your storage solutions, insert a link of your ideas...whatever. If I love and use your get some scrappy goodies from me! Yay...I can't wait to hear everyone's ideas!

Welcome to the Imaginisce 3L Blog Hop!

There is one thing that is for certain...and that is that us crafters, can't create without our adhesives! 3L has been around for a long time and has a very good reputation and I was more than thrilled to get to use their adhesives (even though I have quite a few of their products in my stash).

So, all week long the design teams from both 3L and Imaginisce will be sharing their projects using each others products. Today, I would like to share with you some mini gift boxes I made.

Fun right? So, do you want to know what I used to create these projects? Well...of course the lovely paper is from Imaginisce's Sole Sister Collection and I used the Petal Roller to create the fun roses. I used 3L's Crafty Power Tape to hold the boxes together, EZ Runner to put the roses together, 3D Foam Adhesive Squares to pop up my roses and black Photo Corners on the little gift tag. I love how my project is sticking together quite nicely.

Thanks for joining us today and don't forget to check the Imaginisce Blog and 3L Blog the rest of the week for more inspiration!

The Liebster Award?

How fun is this? Cute Shellye, whom I design with at Imaginisce, awarded me the Liebster Award! What is the Liebster award? Well...the idea behind the Liebster award is to bring attention to blogs with fewer than 200 followers. One of the conditions in accepting the award is to pass it along to five more blogs (or 6 if you can't narrow it down).

So, I have picked 5 blogs that I love and that have fewer than 200 followers. All of these ladies are super talented! If you have a few minutes please go take a look at their blog, leave them some love and become a follower!

For those interested, the Rules are:

1. Show your thanks to the blogger who gave you the award by linking back to them.
2. Reveal your five picks for the award and let them know.
3. Post the award on your blog.
4. Bask in the love from the most supportive people on the blogshare-other bloggers.
5. Finally and the best rule of all..........have fun and spread the love!

I am awarding these five fabulous blogs with a Liebster Award!
